• AVIVA HQ 1 Undershaft London. Complete refurbishment of the mechanical services serving floors 7, 11 & 22. Systems included VAV units, pneumatic controls and perimiter induction units.

• Balancing of District Heating system serving Windsor Great Park for the Crown Estate.

• Validation of mechanical services within London Gatwick Airport in preparation for future airline relocation between terminals. Refurbishment of Airside and secure areas as part of ongoing upgrade works to the airport.

• Brentford Lock District Heating System. Commissioning and testing of Evinon Heat Interface Units serving 76 new dwellings at Brentford Lock.

• Jubilee Line Validation Survey. Validation of Jubilee line station ventilation, commencing Jan 16

•  155 Bishopsgate, Commissioning of new VAV system installed on the floor.

• British Airways World Cargo Center. Re balance of the Supply & Extract systems of the building following a re-fit.

• Able Smith House Stevanage, Validation and commissioning of complete building, 3 stories of VAV system, involving Primary, Secondary & Extract Air, LTHW and CHW in a building that has been unoccupied for 3 years.

• Heathrow Terminal 3 CIP Lounge, Validation of all services serving CIP lounge within the airport.

• 3 Harbour Exchange, London,Balancing of LTHW system serving the VAV units on level 9 & 10

• Easy Gym Croydon, Commissioning and Balancing of the air systems within the newly fitted out Easy Gym, West Croydon

• Park Inn Hotel Heathrow, Balancing of LTHW & CHW serving 270 rooms
